Viking was recently called out on HypeM for cheating the charts and loving his own music but when we broke this record a few months ago that was far from the case. Most of you may not know the original version of this song, partly because of the production, which was for a lack of a better word, lacking. However, this remix is great, it brings a whole new life and evergy to an otherwise decent song.

He didn’t cheat, think it was an overzealous fan that was hearting that shit a milli times
Yeah there a lot of controversy with that list they put up. I know for sure a lot of blogs were doing it but some songs, like this one, do just pick up rapidly. But then again Anthony can see the IP’s for everyone etc so who knows.
As I write, this posting has been “hearted” on hype machine nearly 400 times… which is probably enough to get it to #1 on the Hype Machine “most popular” chart. And this is AFTER they instigated new controls to make sure no-one cheats the system again.
I think that pretty much proves that Viking doesn’t need to cheat to get popularity ratings.
I think Hype Machine were just confused by Viking’s sudden popularity.
