i am a huge fan of the site, and of steph’s work, and would hate to add negativity to either thing but this month’s mix is pretty awful. Music is a subjective thing and awful according to me means absolutely nothing, I guess I am just putting this out there to see if anyone else thinks this mix is a little out of character stylistically to her previous ones.
…minus beating hearts and fireworks.
every month is supposed to be different and add something to the mix from previous months, sorry you feel that way but i am actually very excited about this one -

i think it was just too much rap for me…not even solid bass line stuff. and like i said i love every mix you have i just didn’t feel this one.

Personally this mix stirred up emotions of sadness… because it friggin ended. Steph, my hat is off to you May, and April have been my favorites for a while now and I’ve gotta say today they were retired. I have a new goto mix. Steph you know when you have critics your doing something right, keep up the great work.
Let me start of by saying that this site is spot on with the post pretty much every single day. This tape however is certainly not the type of quality I’ve become accustomed to. This is a very big surprise since the other tapes have been so good.

I love this month – and the style is on point. Lmdm is usually all underground but this month mixes in some mainstream like big boi and me and my whole office are diggin it.

Stoked to see Pictureplane on here. Travis is from my city, I hang out with him from time to time, and see him out at plenty of shows. The definition of a true, supportive artist. Gotta love that guy.
