Justice – New Lands (SebastiAn Remix) (Radio Rip)

If the baddest version of the movie “The Lost Boys” was being done as we speak, in the same manner that Batman movies and Spider-Man movies continue to get done over, and over again, then this would be the theme song in the intro.  Radio call out and all, because in this version it would be taking place in Paris rather than Santa Carla, and rather than a fictional coastal California town, it would be taking place in a fictional version of London or Paris.  Set in episodes of grungy nightlife scenes rather than cliffs, caves, boardwalks and earthquake sunken hotels, we are transported to dark and graffiti filled alleyways, famous landmarks, and Wall Street like rooftops set in Europe at night.

SebastiAn provides the perfect sound scape for such a potentially visual treat.  The actual radio personalities speaking over this awesome radio rip would provide the best touch to an opening sequence that if it can mimic that of it’s predecessor in dramatic effect, would allow such a movie to even exist and also see it’s own cult-like success.  In my opinion this remix also does the same thing for the original Justice record which shows just how much talent the French musician/DJ/Producer/Film-music Composer has, and why he is racking up credits.  This dude has remixed some of the best and our favorites such as Daft Punk, Beastie Boys, Bloc Party, and Nero, and you can hear all the different sounds and flavor from all these artists in his music.  You can only make yourself better by challenging yourself with the best stuff out there, enjoy!
