About

Et Musique Pour Tous is a boutique music & culture blog.  EMPT is committed to providing insightful writing, music reviews and good music. Our commitment is to quality, not traffic.

The site is updated daily and is among the select group of trendsetters in the blogosphere. We work non-stop around the clock to have the latest and greatest. This way our visitors hear it before the people who hear it first. For the most part we stray from the typical Top 20′s etc, unless it’s a good song that is. Thanks for visiting and we hope you enjoy the website as much as we enjoy providing it. Feel free to contact us with any inquires.

  3. Hey peeps. Great site.

I have been using the same yahoo media player you all are using, and I am noticing that you have the time bar in yours, allowing the possibility of scrolling through songs, where as mine is static, and when you are playing a song, your only choices are back, next, or play/pause.

I checked the source code and we both got it the same, so I am just curious as to how I can go about getting mine to work the same. If its even possible at the level my site is at.

Would love to hear back with any insight you all might have.

Thanks and keep up the great work.

    Hi there,

Dave here from Killahbeez, http://www.killahbeez.com. We’re gearing up to do our top 10 albums of 2010 like most folks are, but usually do things a bit differently by getting other people we respect to contribute their lists. The first year we had a bunch of DJs across Canada contribute, last year we expanded that DJ list to some of our friends down in the US and were fortune enough to get Metric to participate in submitting a list.

This year we’re switching it up and hoping to collaborate with other music sites that we read / respect in contributing their top 10 albums of 2010. We’d love to have you participate in submitting a list. Your list would link off to your site or twitter or possibly both, hopefully giving everybody a bit of cross promotion, but more importantly getting to see everyones list in one place.

We would need the list by December 10 or earlier if possible. Anyways, like I said we’d love to have you submit, but if you’re too busy, then that’s understandable as well.

Some blogs that are participating are Too Many Sebastians, Cream Team, Winnie Cooper, First Up and a few others. Would be great to have you on board as well.

Look forward to hearing from you.

All 4 are different, but I think that at least 2 of them will match with your tastes.

    Hi,

I want to connect and share more about the audio ad technology my team developed and how it fits into the music streaming ecosystem.. We’re partnered with a number of online radio apps/sites and in discussion with the major players in the space.

Our ads are strategically timed to be run at moments of captured user attention, during idle time, — only when we know the user is listening and waiting for a response from the app. This delivery gives the app a head start for streaming the next song as the ad is running from our servers. Ads are on-demand, delivered in less than a second and don’t need to be part of your predefined stream. You get to decide where and when during user experience you want these ads requested and delivered. After the short ad is played, the app goes back to it’s normal process. You as a publisher can control ad delivery on a request basis and capitalize on idle, loading, and processing time. You can also flag the request on a length basis, all on-demand in real-time.

Let me know if we can setup a time to talk further.

    Best,
    Michelle
