I was having a conversation with one of my friends about the dangers and pitfalls of dwelling. Thinking to much about everything including yourself serves no purpose but to keep you stuck well, dwelling. However, it is important to be aware of yourself so checking your thoughts here and there can be healthy for a good 2 minutes or so.
