I DJ’d a wild ass party with Kevin Casey on Wednesday that went till the crack of dawn and I haven’t really slept since so excuse the inevitable typos and random thoughts. Life continues to go at a hundred miles an hour these days so my musical taste is naturally picking up with it. Which explains why I’ve been playing this edit of Sneaky Sound System’s Pictures on repeat this morning and at least once at all my parties. It’s been the perfect track to get people in the mood before the dirty raunchy dance mania begins. It’s also a great track to get ready for the weekend so I’ve been using it to stay awake and run into the weekend in style. The song is classic nu disco, the vocal performance is phenomenal, full of style and enough energy to light up any boring situation.
