A week ago my hosting company called in saying that EMPT outgrew it’s server and did over 1 terabyte is traffic. They congratulated me and the readers for our music addictions but told me that I owed them $10,000 in fees, right. They basically wanted to blame me for their accounting mistakes so yesterday, I didn’t wait around and removed myself from the hosting. Today EMPT is hosted on a bigger, badder, faster and better service – how you like me now f&*c@rs.

I really love that line and it pretty much sums up how I feel about a lot of things. Dealing with nonsense is pretty much inevitable but as we all know it’s how you handle it that counts. Sometimes it’s best to attack, sometimes it’s best to retreat but no matter what you have to be in pursuit of the solution. I woke up this morning feeling like I drank 5 cups of coffee and with all the drama in the NYC this Magik Johnson Vocal Mix couldn’t be more appropriate.
