Michael Jackson – You Rock My World

Well, the first week of classes came and went with happy vibes and happy music, despite the weather last weekend. I’ve been staying at a dear friend’s place for the past week since I’m moving into my new apartment today. Needless to say, we’ve been having dance parties every morning as we get ready for our days. This week has been beautiful not only because we had the chance to see everyone at school again after a tan and warm summer, but because we’ve started each and every day (or close to every day) with a really happy playlist. I will try my best to share exactly which songs were on that playlist, because I think you guys could use a little love on this beautiful Friday. The first song that really inspired me to write this post was Michael Jackson’s, “You Rock My World” a tune everyone is familiar with, especially since his birthday was just a couple of days ago.

Here’s the playlist to the best of my knowledge, or as close as I’ll be able to get it. It’s not necessarily new funky fresh music, but I think we can all agree that it’s just fun feeling.
