You might be asking yourselves why this track is being posted again, but ask no more questions because you shall see my friends. We have had the pleasure of finding this rare rework of Man On Fire, by Chris Carter in an email yesterday. For those of you who don’t know who Chris Carter is, he is quite the talent, spreading his gifts all over the Los Angeles community as a disc jockey as well as a film/music producer, the frontman with partner Simon Lewicki from Jump Jump Dance Dance, and now remixing under his own name! All you readers around the world tuning into EMPT get to vibe out to this rare gem we have here for you today, its like Christmas in Summer time!
First coming together over a shared love of synthesizers, Australian culture and sweaty dance floors, Carter and Lewicki developed the blueprint of the Jump Jump Dance Dance sound, exploring and tweaking the happy medium between dance and rock music. The duo elevated themselves above the electro scene by turning JJDD into a truly organic live band, where instantaneous guitar riffs collide with towering synths and club energy.”
Chris definitely gives this track his own flavor that is so specific and upbeat. If you don’t know what I am talking about then go get educated and check out Chris and his man Simon’s work, I promise you will be hooked! And make sure to add Chris on Soundcloud to get the jump on his new work.
And if you haven’t noticed the weekend is right here, Holy S*&t right!?? So what better way to start it then to be able to show all your friends how cool you are that you snagged this new and very exclusive gem from EMPT. Your Welcome, enjoy!
